Position Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can configure applications on the Veoci platform. Veoci is a powerful no-code application development platform on which customized applications can be created rapidly. Imagine analyzing a process and understanding the flow and data structures, then digitizing it for use without coding. The solution is built on the Veoci platform via its point and click web interface. This position will work as a team to support a municipality with city government employees. A strong candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds and be able to listen to their needs to then translate those needs to the software.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating a political environment
  • Process analysis and development expertise
  • B.S. or B.A. degree with GPA of at least 3.5
  • Preferred majors: Business Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Science, and Computer Science
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as follow direction/instruction, as warranted
  • Mixture of strong technical and interpersonal client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software product
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally with a diverse team
  • Possibility of travel between 0-10% of the time
