It’s been a marathon week, and we’re still in the thick of things as recovery and repair efforts continue, so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet.
We’ve been working hand in hand with a major customer highly impacted by Hurricane Sandy, supporting them directly in their EOC by providing on-site assistance with on-the-fly form building, task creation and assignment, and any other functional help necessary. As well, we helped remotely by monitoring our systems, deploying patches, generating reports, and making sure that we provided 100% uptime and no deterioration of performance during the storm.
By all accounts, we’ve come through with flying colors.
We’ll be providing some more updates, specifics, and more thoughts on the experience in the upcoming days as the dust settles and we’re able to do some more extensive analysis of usage and efficacy of solutions deployed via Veoci. Stay tuned…
