This program is only open to existing Veoci customers. Each exercise occurs over four sessions, mirroring the real phases of a response. We encourage emergency managers to bring other stakeholders in to create an authentic exercise environment.

+What do I need to participate in an exercise?

As these exercises are remote, a laptop or working computer are required to participate and review emergency operations plans.

These exercises are intended to test your team and its preparedness. Be ready to use whatever processes and tools you would need in a real response.

+How many people can participate?

These exercises can include up to six different organizations.

4-6 people can participate from an single customer organization.

+Do I have to attend all sessions?

An individual does not need to attend all sessions, but one person from an organization should be present for each session.

+Who from my organization should participate?

Your EOC Manager or other response leadership should attend at least one session. We advise other critical organization members, like leadership, attend if they are involved in the response process.

+Can I invite third party observers to witness the exercise? How do I involve observers?

Yes, contact our team after registering to secure third party and observer involvement.

+Do participants receive something to verify their completion of an exercise?

Participants and their organizations will receive both a certificate of completion and an after-action report (AAR) after an exercises has concluded.

+Do we build a solution in the sessions?

No, participants will not be instructed to build solutions during these sessions. We want participants and their organizations to respond to the exercise just as they would respond to an incident in order to fully assess response capabilities.

+What is Veoci’s role in these exercises?

A Veoci team member leads the session, recaps previous sessions, lays out the scenario, and helps teams get their response started.

One of Veoci’s Solution’s team members will also be on the call to demonstrate a solution applicable to the inject, and to answer questions about the platform.
