Engaging Your Team: The University of Notre Dame’s Campus Scavenger Hunt

Team leaders in all departments know that sometimes inspiring your team to become interested and remain engaged in a new tool can be challenging. Administrators can be met with resistance, confusion or a simple lack of motivation. The Emergency Management team at The University of Notre Dame addressed these concerns and took this challenge head on and the results were not only successful but lots of fun.
