Olivia is the Customer Engagement Manager at Veoci. Prior to joining the team, Olivia was the Emergency Management Coordinator at Louisiana State University, where she built the emergency management program from the ground up. She also worked as the Louisiana Administrative Designated Regional Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Health. During her time in that role, she created the state’s first family reunification plan. Olivia also earned her Master’s Degree in Emergency Management from Tulane University.
As Veoci’s Customer Engagement Manager, Olivia works to ensure our customers’ needs are heard and met, and they see the same success she had as a Veoci customer.
