This course is led by Veoci’s team and guides new administrators through the platform, showing them how to utilize and build new solutions from the ground up for their organization.
This course brings administrators into Veoci and gives them the opportunity to explore each of the platform’s main features. Exercises guide participants through Veoci’s point-and-click interface and provide some best practices for building no-code solutions on the platform.
By the end of the sessions, each administrator will have explored each of Veoci’s main features and have built a full, functional solution, an experience they can replicate for other operations within their organization.

Veoci Basics Webinar is a 90 minute training session designed to give new Veoci users a broad overview of the Veoci and how it can improve business and emergency management processes. This webinar is hosted by one of Veoci’s Solutions Engineers, covers navigation, forms, workflows, and the core anatomy of Veoci solutions.
This course is intended for all new Veoci users and admins.
Veoci Fundamentals Training gets users deeper into Veoci functionality than the Veoci Basics Webinar. The training shows essential Veoci end user navigation and features; the course also includes exercises to practice using Veoci features. This self-directed training is a great way for a user to expand their Veoci knowledge and become comfortable working within the platform.
This training is open to all Veoci users, and is a prerequisite for Administrator Training courses. Users have 2 weeks to complete this course, and it takes about 5 hours to complete.
L1 - Introduction to Veoci for Administrators gives students the skills needed to build Veoci solutions for day-to-day and emergency operations. This course touches on all of Veoci’s main features and how those features function within solutions.
This course is designed for new and existing Veoci users who want a broad, basic understanding of the platform.
L1 - Introduction to Veoci for Administrators is a prerequisite for this training course. Administrators take L2 - Expanding Your Veoci Administrator Skills to expand their existing knowledge of Workflows, Forms, and other features. Students leave with the skills needed to build complex solutions based on knowledge of how objects interact. This course is tailored to students who have completed L1 and want to dig deeper into the platform and its features.
Airport Solutions Administrator Training trains users on the core Veoci solutions airports deploy for daily operations. Students will walk away from the course with the knowledge needed to continue building and maintaining Veoci airport operations solutions.
This course is intended for new Veoci airport customers or those looking to increase the Veoci footprint within their operations.
Through this course, Administrators develop the skills needed to copy and manage a Veoci Business Continuity solution that can respond to the ever-changing business landscape. This course is ideal for new Veoci customers with Business Continuity solutions or existing customers who are implementing this solution.
Business Continuity: Veoci Administrator Training requires students to complete either the Veoci Fundamentals Training or L1 - Introduction to Veoci for Administrators.
During this course, students learn to copy digital Plans and Templates, script and automate Notifications, create Forms for data intake, and more. This training equips Administrators with the tools necessary to maintain their solution and adapt it to new circumstances. It is ideal for new Veoci customers with Incident Management solutions or existing customers who are implementing this solution.
Incident Management: Veoci Administrator Training requires students to complete either the Veoci Fundamentals Training or L1 - Introduction to Veoci for Administrators.

With the Expo Square Fairgrounds spanning 1 by 1.5 miles, 22,000 animals, 13 parking lots and various security and operations teams including Tulsa county security, expo security, Tulsa Fire Department, first aid teams, midway operators and more - the Tulsa State Fair is no small operation.
After reviewing lessons learned from previous years of this massive event, the Tulsa Area Emergency Management team found the opportunity to further utilize their virtual collaboration platform, Veoci, for the key areas they were looking to improve: child reunification, managing banned guests, parking lot status updates, towed vehicle tracking and weather monitoring.
With over 100 deputies stationed at midway (where children most often get separated from their families) and the noise of over 100,000 people, concerts, rides and more - the reporting of a missing child can become disorganized. Similarly, tracking those asked not to return to the fair, checking the capacity of the many parking areas, and potential severe storm tracking were feats the Tulsa Area EM team overcame with success.
