Boot Camps & Training
Veoci offers multiple boot camps and training courses, each designed to teach administrators to build and maintain Veoci solutions.
If you’re a new Veoci user, sign up for Veoci Basics Webinar. This biweekly webinar, held by the Veoci team, brings new users into Veoci and covers key platform features. Our team’s Solutions Engineers deploy their expertise during the webinar, showing users what’s possible on the platform and the depth of solutions. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. Veoci Basics Webinar is a great starting point for new Veoci users who want to learn more about the platform, how it works, and the power behind each Veoci solution.
Veoci Fundamentals Training is a free short self-directed training course that engages users with the platform’s most-used features functionalities. This course explores the Veoci interface, available views, communication features, and record creation. This course takes about 5 hours to complete; users are given 2 weeks to complete the training as well. Additionally, the Veoci team provides support for this course regularly. Veoci Fundamentals Training is also a prerequisite for Veoci Administrator Solution Training courses and is offered to all Veoci customers at no cost.
The 3-day (12:00pm – 5:00pm ET, daily) Level 1 Veoci Admin Boot Camp (Basic) is offered for those implementing Veoci in their organizations; on-site Boot Camps are two days, with daily sessions from 9:00am – 5:00pm ET. The skills learned at this training will enable students to configure Veoci for use in both day-to-day operations and emergency response. Participants will learn how to improve current processes by replacing phone calls, paper forms, email, Excel, and other limiting tools. Students will leave with a strong grasp of Veoci’s capabilities and creative ideas for addressing their organization’s business needs. This class is intended for administrators, not end users.
The Veoci Admin Boot Camp L2 is a set of training classes for students who have already completed the Veoci Admin Boot Camp L1. Virtual Boot Camps are 3 days, with daily sessions from 12:00pm – 5:00pm ET; on-site and in-person Veoci Admin Bootcamps are 2 days, from 9:00AM-5:00PM. This class will expand a student’s knowledge of Forms, Workflow, and Plans by exploring advanced options and settings. Most importantly, students will walk away with an understanding of how to build complete solutions with a heavy focus on customizations and the interaction between objects.
In Incident Management: Veoci Administrator Training, students will learn how to copy, implement, and maintain incident management solutions within Veoci. During this course, students will explore how to copy digital plans and templates, script and automate notifications, create forms for data intake, and more. Additionally, this course will teach students how to maintain their solution and adapt it to new circumstances. Course instructors will also cover some of the core functionalities of Veoci to provide a complete perspective and understanding of Veoci incident management solutions.
Veoci’s Airport Solution Administrator Training teaches its students how to build and maintain essential/key Veoci solutions for airport operations. Students will learn how to build airfield inspection forms, configure print templates and saved views for critical operational data, use maps to represent assets on the airfield, and more. Through the course of three five-hour sessions, instructors will explore Veoci features and functionalities while delivering a solid understanding of Veoci’s solutions for airport operations.
