Community emergency response teams (CERT) play an essential role in the emergency management operations of towns across the U.S. The community volunteers in CERT programs train to handle the triage and smaller emergency response duties to free up first responders. Palo Alto and Alameda, two large cities in the Bay Area, use Veoci to manage the process, from training to deployment.
