Arthur B. Ditzel, Jr, EMT-P, PCP, Program Manager of the Emergency Management Operations & Logistics for NewYork-Presbyterian, presented this webinar, providing an overview of how New York-Presbyterian is leveraging the Veoci platform across their emergency management and healthcare operations.
Since implementation, NewYork-Presbyterian has been able to utilize Veoci in a number of ways including: incident management, patient monitoring during exercises, and the creation of customized forms and dashboards. Veoci has also allowed for improved notifications, documentation of IAPs, and the potential for Microsoft integrations.
Art takes the time to highlight how Veoci’s adaptability has allowed NewYork-Presbyterian to continuously optimize solutions, such as their robust inventory management system that tracks over 3,500 emergency equipment items, including maintenance for equipment and vehicles. Weather-related incidents, like Tropical Storm Ophelia, were also discussed and demonstrated how Veoci has supported their emergency response efforts.
Overall, NewYork-Presbyterian has tapped into Veoci’s flexibility and customization capabilities. They continue enhancing solutions across emergency management, business continuity, and daily healthcare operations through ongoing optimization and customization of the platform.
