Based in Connecticut, John has been a first responder since 1992 when he joined the Old Lyme Fire Department as a junior member while in high school. After graduating, John became a senior member of the department. Since then, John has served as a treasurer, lieutenant, captain, and the logistics chair of the EOC during his service as a volunteer for the Old Lyme Fire Department.

Today, John works as a Customer Success Manager for Government and Municipalities at Veoci and continues his volunteer service with the Old Lyme Fire Department. He often uses his decades of field experience as a first responder and EOC stakeholder to help Veoci users get the most out of the platform during incidents and activations.
